Hugo is the operating system for agricultural labour. We give producers digital tools to plan, manage, and track labour costs and give labourers clear visibility into hours, pay, and expectations.
Replace paper tallies, punch cards, and end-of-day counting with real-time digital tracking that works in the field. Make farm labour simpler, fairer, and more transparent for everyone in the row.

HUGO was born on the farm—built to solve real problems and support the people who work hardest, every day.
Hugo was founded by Hudson Finn Halladay, a Naramata native raised in a farming and winery environment who experienced firsthand the challenges of coordinating seasonal labour, tracking costs, and communicating clearly during high-pressure harvest windows.
What started as a tool to replace the punch cards and paper tallies on his own family's harvest is now a platform built for producers and labourers across the Okanagan and the broader agricultural communities we hope to reach next.
Built for the Field
We design solutions around real farm workflows, not office assumptions.
Fairness & Transparency
Clear hours, clear pay, clear expectations. Strong farms depend on trust.
Farmer-First Tech
Technology should reduce stress, not add complexity.
Respect for Labour
Farm work is skilled, demanding, and essential. Labourers deserve dignity.
Community Roots
Proudly rooted in Naramata, building for agricultural communities everywhere.
We believe the future of farm labour is digital, transparent, and worker-friendly. Hugo is building toward a world where every harvest is planned, tracked, and paid out with the same clarity a modern producer gets from the rest of their operation no spreadsheets, no shoeboxes of receipts, no end-of-season surprises.
